  • Land development notices should be detailed online not though outdated signs requiring residents to go to the office ​​​

  • Action can be taken now to mitigate pervasive erosion that damages homes, streets and natural resources.​
  • Residents should not have to pay for the erosion and impact created by overdevelopment and poor planning.
